Therapy With Charlotte

Hi, I’m Charlotte – an Integrative Psychotherapeutic counsellor, specialist trauma practitioner and Holistic Integrative creative arts therapist.

I offer a warm, calm and supportive space where you can begin to explore what’s going on for you, at your own pace. My work is rooted in the connection between mind, body and self, supporting you to understand your emotions, patterns, relationships and your inner world with compassion.

I have experience supporting adults and young people with trauma, PTSD, CPTSD, dissociation, anxiety, neurodiversity and emotional overwhelm. I also support women survivors of violence and abuse, and people navigating addiction, addictive patterns or coping behaviours. My work brings together integrative counselling, creative arts therapy and somatic awareness, with a focus on safety, grounding, rest, healing and growth – supporting you to reconnect with yourself and move towards a more authentic, fulfilled version of who you are.

How I work

My approach is integrative, meaning I tailor therapy to you.

Sessions may include:

talking therapy and CBT-informed tools
somatic, body-based awareness and movement
inner child and compassion-based parts work
creative reflection and therapeutic techniques
nervous system support and grounding practices
trauma-informed exploration and emotional processing

I work gently and collaboratively, helping you feel supported, understood and more connected to yourself.
