We support adults and young people (12+) who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or out of sync, in mind, body, or relationships.

We support women and young people (12+) to provide safe, trauma-informed group spaces for women who have experienced violence. HeadSync is partnering with Sanctuary for Sisterhood – a women’s charity offering wellbeing-focused events and community support. Read More
