What is Affordable Therapy?

Affordable therapy at HeadSync is offered by trainee counsellors and psychotherapists who are completing their placement as part of their professional training.

All therapists are:

• Carefully selected
• Working towards qualification
• Supported through regular clinical supervision
• Working within clear ethical and safeguarding frameworks

Sessions offer a safe and supportive space to explore what is happening for you, at a pace that feels manageable.

The sessions are:

• £30 per session
• 50-minute sessions
• Online sessions available now
• Available for young people 12+, adults and older adults

Some limited funded sessions may also be available depending on eligibility.

If you would prefer to work directly with a fully qualified therapist, HeadSync also offers 1:1 therapy with Charlotte or Azita, our qualified Integrative Therapeutic Counsellors and BACP registered therapists.

Who it’s for:

This service is for seniors, young people (12+) and adults who may be experiencing:

• anxiety or overwhelm
• low mood or depression
• stress or burnout
• grief, loss or life changes
• relationship difficulties
• feeling stuck or disconnected
• the impact of past experiences

You don’t need to have a clear reason to start, we can begin wherever you are.

What Sessions are Like:

Sessions offer a supportive space to:

• talk through what’s going on for you
• process thoughts and emotions
• explore patterns in your life and relationships
• feel more grounded, heard and understood
• begin to feel more grounded and understood

Your therapist will work with you at a pace that feels manageable and safe.
